Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. During peak season (eg. Black Friday, Christmas), the processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. Expect an email within 24 hours after the processing period to let you know your order is on the way!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for all orders over $65 with the code SHIP. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on location and your selected carrier service.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, but if your product is damaged we have a 15-day refund policy if you do not wish to receive a replacement. Please send photos of your damaged product to jaellecandleco@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your item to request an exchange, replacement or refund. We will notify you once we’ve made a decision about your order, and let you know if your request was approved or not. If approved, we will process your request within 10 business days.
