1. What are the candles made of?
Our candles are made with a plant based, coconut-soy wax blend and we use paraben & phthalate free fragrance oils. All of our candles also include crackling, wooden wicks.

2. Can I take the candle with me?
Yes! By the end of the class, your candle will be cool and ready to take home. However, we recommend letting your candle cure for at least 3-5 days before first lighting it.

3. Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests needed to book?
We ask for a minimum of 10 guests and can accommodate a maximum of 30. If your group is smaller or larger than this, please contact us at jaellecandleco@gmail.com to discuss options.

4. How long is the class?
The class is usually 1-2 hours in length, however, this may vary depending on the size of the group. It’s takes about 45 minutes to make the candles, and another 45 minutes for the candle to set enough for guests to take them home.

5. Can I have food and drinks at my event?
Absolutely. Our events are BYOB friendly, so feel free to bring your favorite drinks and/or food to enjoy. We encourage our hosts to have refreshments for guests to have while waiting for the candles to set.

6. What is the cancellation policy?
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, however we do offer a re-scheduling credit for cancellations with at least 3 days notice. If you do not notify us within 3 days, you will forfeit your full payment
