Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Exchanges 

We do not accept returns, but if your product is damaged we have a 15-day refund policy if you do not wish to receive a replacement. Please send photos of your damaged product to jaellecandleco@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your item to request an exchange, replacement or refund. We will notify you once we’ve made a decision about your order, and let you know if your request was approved or not. If approved, we will process your request within 10 business days.
